A sunny Dorset walk β¦
An early start was worth it as Swanage greeted us bathed in sunshine. A wonderful walk through Townsend nature reserve to Durlston Castle via the lighthouse and Tilly Whim caves. Obviously the Dorset apple cake and coffee was a given. Then along the Victorian walk and down into Swanage to join the pirate festival with

First Aid update
A full day of training on emergency first aid Thanks to Nettie,the Nuco course provider for fantastic insights and procedures. This training is definitely one that you never want to have to use! I had not realised that you can now get a personal home use defibrillator.

Skin deep!
Thanks to Ivan Bristow for a fantastic dermatology and note keeping update! A glorious early morning trip to Gloucester and a hugely informative talk on dermatology and note taking. Communication is key! Case studies and group discussion with reflective evaluation of each one has meant that I have come away more informed and better equipped.
